Rinkies Guitars monthly many guitars worldwide. We always ensure the guitars are safe for shipping with mostly reusable packaging. If anything still might happen to the guitar, we insure all of our packages. 

Processing

Our guitars will be shipped as soon as possible. Most of the time this is within two working days. Sometimes this can take longer due to a lot of orders or holidays. 

Shipping costs

We employ a flat-rate system for all of our shipments to ensure that you have complete transparency regarding your shipping costs. The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout.

Track & Trace Code

All orders will be provided with a Track & Trace code allowing you to follow the journey of your package. 

Pick-up in Leiden

As the majority of our customers are international, we primarily operate as an online store. However, it is possible to schedule an appointment in Leiden for guitar testing and pickup.

Import duties

When you make a purchase from us outside the EU, you may be liable for import duties. These expenses are not included in our pricing and will be billed to you by the carrier.
