Refund policy

Our focus is on providing quality instruments. We wouldn't sell these products if we didn't see them as worthy instruments. The instruments are inspected before being placed online. In addition, the instruments are photographed as accurately as possible so that there are no disappointments. If the instrument does not meet expectations, it may be returned within 7 days.
To initiate a return, we ask you to contact us. We will provide the instructions for shipping and where to ship it.

Refunds

Once the product is returned it will be fully inspected. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition and accessories as when ordered. The original price paid will be refunded by bank or credit card. It may take some time for it to be processed and refunded.

Shipping costs

The costs of shipping will not be reimbursed in the event of a refund and are for the costs of the buyer.

Import duties refund

The costs incurred when returning to a country where there are import costs will be borne by the buyer. We will not reimburse these costs. Please contact local customs for this.
